We offer the standard free NHS travel vaccinations, following a risk assessment

You MUST fill out this questionnaire at least 3 months before travel as we are a small practice and do not routinely stock travel vaccinations. They must be ordered into the practice to avoid wastage.

If you are travelling in less than 3 months then please visit a travel health clinic for vaccination. This is a service offered by many local pharmacies.
 

Taking (Repeat) Medication Overseas

  • We are able to provide you with a maximum of 3 months supply of your repeat medication to take overseas.
  • It is ILLEGAL to carry medication for someone other than yourself when travelling overseas 
  • If your airline requires proof that you need to travel with medication then reception can print out a Patient Summary which includes a list of your current repeat medication. We do not write letters specifically for this purpose. The Patient Summary is the only document we can provide.
